What happen to you after your pet died

the first few weeks were extremely hard to the point where i couldnt go to school as id break down just by the mere thought of him. i carried guilt with me for years after his death, previously i had skipped school to take care of him, however the day i go in for a test and come back home he died that day (strangely enough, it started raining hard ......   reply

I once had my first ever dog, named Bucoy, and he was with me for three years, treated him like my own son and loved him with all my heart. Then someday someone stabbed him with a stick, he recovered but then died eventually. Now, whenever I got drunk I would remember him and cry, or even if I'm not, I always ended up with a teary eyes..   reply

I felt numb, my heart felt heavy, and I was in disbelief. I cried and cried until my eyes and head was burning. The thing that hurt most was him dying in my arms, so every time I would try to remember him I would picture that moment which made me sob more. This is what im feeling right now, my pet cat that i raised like my own child suddenly disappeared last last week, but i know that he's not taken for another home, he was shot by my uncle, and it's not the first time he took my cats life, so over the years i developed a trauma whenever i hear his airgun i run out to check if my cats are around. Honestly I've had so many pets, seen many of them die or run away I've become sort of used to it. I've kept spiders, rats, lizards, ducks, ants, dogs, cats as pets. Even had snakes as a pets for a few days before releasing them into the wild. Especially when you keep stray animals as pets (not necessarily at home but you regularly feed them) they a......   reply
