When I feel anxious or stressed I tend to like to add pressure in body to calm myself down or regulate my emotions. It usually biting my fingers usually my thumbs.
Fake arms or fingers sounds a bit gory or weird for me smh, I have tried to bite other stuff and it seems to work. Gotta get rid of this biting habit tho. Maybe fixing my lifestyle like sleep and food.
i think i suggest u bite into something else instead like fake fingers. Its cheap to buy those fake arms and theres this theory where u can think the fake arm is yours. Search abt that, i think it can help.
