Well, I can't say much because i don't know what you're experienced and feels at the moment so i will just tell you what i did when I'm at the lowest and what makes me manage to bounce back from the edge of giving up on life. I never experienced losing a partner but I experienced losing a loved one and it hurts so bad. I can’t say I truly no what you feel but life gets so bad sometimes and all you can do is keep going forward and after while it’s worth it.
