What kind ofed it is? Med for illness or psychological? For illness med that make you felt sluggish and weak all day i recommend to get a lot of sunlight during the 7-10 am in the morning, so some light exercise that not physically demanding but enough to make your joint to wake up then get a warm shower after it helps a lot. Here a trick I do Whenever u feel like you start losing interest. And feel like doing that thing is a chore Just stop. Stop for a moment and give it a break. Maybe try new things or anything really, take a rest and let your body get used to your meds Maybe for a week or two then come back.   reply

Try Grandma core, try getting into simple hobbies like gardening, or crocheting. Keeping a garden, learning about local flora has helped me so much with random bursts of depressive episodes.
