Don't remember the names but there's a few novels out there where the omega cuts their gland out so that they'll be perceived as betas. But there's no gender dysphoria. It's more like they don't want to be restricted by the rules placed on omegas. So closer to those shoujo genderbenders than an actual transgender storyline.
