1st yaoi encounter

I was 14 at that time when a (fujoshi) classmate of mine told me to try looking up yaoi. She did tell me it was about a boy and boy relationship. I'm pretty much open with those kinds of things and didn't think much about it. I think I saw a yaoi anime(?) I can't really remember. I then proceeded to reading a few yaoi (hardcore XD) mangas, it was somehow really interesting, because it's different from the normal boy/girl relationship cliches (and you get to see two hot guys all over each other XD).

Although, I really can't get myself to get into yuri though. I've read a few mangas that had yuri content in them as side stories and such, and I feel a bit uncomfortable with them (it's probably because I'm a girl, and I feel that girls individually are annoying enough, so why would I read a story with more girls in them, no offense to yuri fans or anything.) I don't hate yuri though, I'm okay with it but its not my favorite.
