short answer: it's just a kink a lot of BL authors write about either bc of sexual repression or power fantasies. in depictions of consensual relationships it's not supposed to indicate a true lack of consent, so the bottom doesn't get angry because they weren't being fr abt it. if you want the long answer here's the yap sesh:
