the Handmaiden could be good, but I'm talking about the older adaptation, not the new one. The problem I have with the newer one is that the Director claimed that he wanted to subvert the male gaze. But it doesnt seem like it at all. What made it clear for me was the ending. We see the two female leads having sex, and they are posed very unnaturall......   1 reply
