Hair problem

I'm actually shitting right now cuz everytime. I went outside the house people would always stare at me I mean not trying to assume things but I think their staring at my hair cuz I cut it too short like I'm actually regretting getting a haircut also while I was connecting to my neighbors wifi a kid passes by and looked at me then she looked at me again and the third time the she did it she was laughing
