Hi there. I also feel this emotional disconnect (although not as much as you), so I've searched into this topic of not feeling emotions like normal people before. I've come across a few topics you could research into which may describe your condition.

Schizoid personality disorder- A detachment to social relationships and emotions (this seems very close to your condition).

Alexithymia- Inability to describe emotion.

Asperger Syndrome- Can't socialize and communicate properly. Symptoms include an all absorbing interest in specific topics and "robotic" speech patterns so I think you may have that too.

Anyway I think you should probably get diagnosed by an expert and start taking some form of therapy, if not to cure (I'm not sure if it's curable with medicine), then at least to mask it. If you don't learn to adapt and fake emotions at least to a certain degree it can affect your life and career very much. I understand that personal relationships may not be that important, but having a good relationship (even if it's fake) with your co-workers and clients is important, so please at least do learn to mask your disinterest.
