Yeaaa i get pretty bad SAD (seasonal affective disorder) its a type of depression. Like i have MDD but it get significantly worse with like the sun not showing up. You can get meds for it but getting a depression diagnosis sucks in general. I just dont have a great experience with trying to get a formal diagnosis But if possible discuss it with......   1 reply

Yeah, it’s SAD season. My mood actually plummeted this week I’ve also been spending most of my free time asleep and sometimes have difficulty focusing. Winter depression is real. I stay around dry region so the summer is extreme hot and long and the winter is cold and short hence my body is accommodated to light clothes and warm weather. Therefore, during winter everything on my body feels icky not to mention I have to stay in my house for long like lemme go out and enjoy my teen years   reply
