Bread with cheese slice over it, and instant noodle flavouring powder spread over with a few really small cut garlic pieces.
also unripe mangoes with chilli powder and salt
Both are not weird tbh, taste really good and no flavours clash.

sour pickles and whipped cream
the sweetness from the whipped cream balances it so well with the sourness of the pickles and the slight saltiness just makes it so tasty yall HAVE to try it.
i use mt olive pickles for this
