No one goes to such an extreme just from hearing a derogatory word. Maybe you misunderstood when someone said that to you, but I’m sure what they meant is that some people who have experienced extreme racism and discrimination in their lives have broken down to such a point. It don't hurt physically, but it's the connotation (echos x3) that carries with it and its also derogatory (echos x3) to a subset of ppl. Js cuz u feel nun, that doh mean another person would feel the same way as u. Also i doh know what kinda context what ur saying that ppl committed self deletion after hearing the n word so Imma need an explanatio......   reply
