"Toning" isn't a real thing lol. That just means you want slight muscle definition but it will fluctuate throughout the day, especially after you wake up, and then again after you eat. You have to lose fat to show muscle definition, which means going on a calorie deficit, consuming high amounts of protein, and working out 4 times a week. Luckily ga......   reply

This is fucking wild but I wash my face with a toothbrush and generic face cleaning products. I did it as a joke when I had an extra soft bristled toothbrush and my acne started going away. People have given great tips here. But as a ex fat kid who lost like 20 kgs and basically cured my breathing and asthma problems, I would totally recommend you try swimming if you can. Or any sort of recreational sport, join a sports club if you go to school. Martial arts is great too. You will learn a new skill, make new friends and become a lot h......   1 reply
