What/how are you doing now?

i tried fixing my pms with almond milk and vitamin water and it actually worked but then instead of my period i just got 7 days of brown discharge and now i just feel so dead... i don't know if i need more vitamin water or what... thanksgiving threw the tests off too, more tests must be conducted...
