Right after my last pregnancy (2 girls 18 months apart) my baby wouldn't breast feed, due to being 5 weeks early. Breast feeding was important to me, because that's the natural way to lose the pregnancy fat....which I had!!
I decided to breast pump...every four hours for 2 solid years.
Because I was pumping, my breasts were producing the most milk it was able to produce. I went from 275 lbs to 167 lbs in one year. (I realize that to most of you 167 is still large....but I am 6 feet tall.) I managed to get back to my HS weight, just in time for my 10 yr reunion.
Did it mean losing sleep...yes. But by the end I was making about 1/2 gallon a day, and burning 1000 calories a day.
I understand that this wont work for everyone, but having had 2 hip surgeries I was unable to exercise. I was so thankful that someone like me could have a way to lose that pregger fat!
Below is a before and after pix....I couldn't find one of my body, but you can tell I'd lost a ton of weight.....

That's amazing but take care yall. Being a mother is hard enough, don't diet only bc the industry says so. Your body created a whole human. You can rest.
