Just sit for an hour in a corner. Then get up if you have the energy or just keep sitting there... After getting up go sit on the bed. Find whichever thing that gave you even 10 seconds of joy. It can be a story book/ picture book/cloth/perfume/your favourite chocolate/snack/tv show/your favourite webtoon; whichever is fine. Then hold it near or us...... reply
