Start working on a night routine (one that doesn’t involve electronics and make sure everything is on DND). The second I do my routine, I am fighting to stay awake. Things like a weighted blanket or sharing a bed (with an animal or loved one) also help a lot. It’s also easier to fall asleep if you’re cold than if you’re hot (I recommend somewhere in the 64-69 F range, but find what works for you). Another thing, look at what time the sun is rising. How much sleep do you want? Make sure you are in bed at least 8 hours before sunrise (closer to 10 if you are a girl). If you are still having issues after a month or so, consult a doctor. It might be insomnia or something else
