Okay I'll give you the same advice my public speaking professor gave me. It's a lot to read, so sorry in advance! Practice. Practice practice practice. Practice your speech so much that the second you get on the stage you are just going through the motions. Practice in front of a mirror. Practice recording your voice. i literally do not look at anyone during presentations all i do is either glance at the tchr or like go from looking to this corner to that corner... basically look at something distant OTHER THAN someones eye.. idk abt u but worked out for me so well the strict tchr complimented me   reply

I try to add in some topic related quips that try to relate back to the ppl I'm speaking to? It sorta helps me look at them. Or some obvious answer-questions to ease back in for urself + audience. I second to familiarize/practice what u wrote helps a ton, plus practice ur breathing in between speaking to just breathe/let information settle(?) I wou......   reply
