Those crackers (with oregano)
Dough for crackers must be very much oiled (inside and outside) or it's going to be hard for chewing
(it can be made only with oil (and water), but it's better if it has butter or margarine in it too)
in it goes a bit of baking soda, a bit of salt and a bit of sweet thing, and spices by wish
Baking is fast, in between......
