I think this case is a one-off or a lie to get Karma on there. Cause it's not the law that an adult being raped by a minor would be convicted of a crime. The Adult did not commit a crime in this situation and would not be charged for the crime. This seems more like a problem with corrupt and unengaged police, and even more like a fake Reddit story. Although I wouldn’t doubt that something like this could have happened. Nothing on Reddit is true until proven otherwise   reply

minors do get charged for rape crimes, but it also completely depends on state laws, but in general speaking minors 16 and above will be charged legally as an adult for all serious crimes they commit   reply
