Eggs, just scrambled eggs with black pepper on the top, cheap, good source of protein, maybe boiled veggies on the side. I have a friend who moved out of college dorms to live by himself and that mf just cracks open an egg, puts some salt and pepper and shakes it and drinks it bro it taste disgusting but it's a quick meal   1 reply

IMPORTANT! Make sure you're getting that Vitamin C! Be it from oranges, Brussel sprouts, (tomato juice might be your best bet) or anything thats accessible.Make sure you have that in your diet. you could get scurvy. Bag Of Frozen Pierogies my beloved Cheap as shit, easy to make, filling, u can add diff topping/sauce/whatever to fit ur taste. I would not have survived my early 20s if not for my greatest ally, Bag Of Frozen Pierogies. Also meal replacement shakes & a thing of multivitamins. Then u get some nutrients as well lol...   reply

chilaquiles and migas! cut corn tortillas into triangles and fry then add a salsa and cheese for chilaquiles or scramble an egg and cover the tortillas and cook through for migas. easy to dress up with different salsas, cheeses, and veggies and its dirt cheap   reply
