How to make someone get it that their advices doesn't work on me

It's always common advices like "Go to therapy" and i fucking can't because shit is expensive why do they think I'm in these forums to ask help? Do people think anyone can just afford therapy??
US as far as I know is the country in which therapy is normal but in other countries (mostly 3rd world) you're straight going to mental asylum or people think depression isn't real.
Anyways, I'm not saying the advices people give is bad but most of them just don't work out for me and I want people to get that cause some people becomes mad at me and its frustrating me when they push it harder when I have explicitly stated it doesn't work.
Then stop engaging with that conversation if it's going nowhere. Why keep trying to convince them that their advice is useless to you? I think too many people here care about what random anonymous people think of them. You are not obligated to continue a discussion that does not benefit you. Just tap out. 1 reply
