I have had insomnia my whole life heh.
Insomnia and depression can be linked. It’s kinda hard to say which came first. But generally the easier (sorta) one to try and fix is insomnia. If you’re getting enough sleep, your body will become happier hopefully, and your brain might follow suit.
If you can and have slept in for any number of hours and never ever wake up well rested, always craving more and more sleep, it could be the depression causing the insomnia.
