Interesting question. Now this got me wracking my brain. Because I lucid dream a lot and tend to be aware I'm dreaming... I don't recall feeling pain in dreams. At least, not anything worth noting. One time I dreamed about flying and "crashing" onto rocky ground. Didn't hurt, just got back up and continued the dream. Other times I'd fight monsters,......
