Idk if I have insomnia or something but I can’t sleep like a normal human being, haven’t been able to for a few years but whatever anyways I’m just gonna sleep now at 3:30 :))
I fall asleep between 4 am and 6 am on good days... I haven't slept at a normal time for maybe over 6 months.
Ever since I can remember, I needed over an hour to fall asleep. So all my life. It's the ADHD delayed sleep onset type of shit. reply
