I actually relate to this so hard; when I was about 13-ish I cut my hair in blotched pieces thinking that it'd look good, but when my parents saw it they were so flipping upset with me that they took my scissors away and banned them from me for two years xD.
After that day, I started going with my older sister every few months to get a hair cut;......
