I read an annoying story so I left a hate comment on the character and someone replied to me with that statement. I cant take none of yall seriously if I cant even hate a character without yall basically pulling the "it's fake, it cant hurt you" card.

I love genuine critique and reading interesting debates in comments. Seems a lot of people just shout "I HATE THIS STUPID IDIOT" without any nuance or actually getting into the character, why they may be written like that and why they think the character acts out their stupid motivations.
