does anyone else have nightmares so bad when they wake up their heart pounding?

Yah I had a dream of a demon killer clown was chasing me in a hotel that was practically empty n lost power. After u successfully escaped and woke up mid chase I genuinely felt like I was going to get jumpscared in my bed and die   reply
