Why are there so many rules to this?
Also, if you exclude hot characters that are controversial, that goes against the point of a hear me out, because it's because they are controversial that they are a hear me out.
Like let's say Dottore from Genshin. He is canonically handsome but he is about as 'hear me out' as the Genshin is willing to get. ......
