There are a lot of people who use loli non-sexually.
It DOES mean an adolescent girl who is represented sexually, but it's not always USED like that.
So I wouldn't just jump to conclusions because this guy used this term without any other information.
Also, if you think about it, do you think it's more likely that he used the term loli in a sex......
