Do you have any fear of phobia ?
since I was a child, I would sit far from the beach and play with the sand instead of getting into the water, and once, when my uncle walked me near the water and put my legs in it, I climbed on him and cried, my mom took the video lol,,
and lizards or any kind of reptiles. I hate it, not because it has done smth bad to me, but when I see them in general, I'd freaked out and my body feels shaky, it might looks like I'm overreacting when people make fun of me and purposely throw or bring a lizards right in front of my face but hell, I can't stop my heart from racing whenever I see one
I legit have scopophobia, fear of being watched.
I get extremely stressed by having cameras (phone, web) pointed at me while I'm in my room to the point that I cover my phone whenever I don't use it and sometimes lose it because of that
I also have fear of the dark and of entering dark rooms (trauma stuff)
