Try 'ambience' to escape. Like YouTube videos of a picnic scene by the river, a rainstorm going on outside a fancy city apartment, a busy coffee shop in summer, etc. Just let it play in the background on your laptop, TV, phone, whatever. Buying a plant light that has adjustable warm/cool lighting can also help set general vibes when in your own ......   reply

Daydream, sleep, binge watch a show ( better specifically in a closet) (its generally comfortable if you but some pillows or something in) scroll about pics of food (which ur to broke to afford) This is what I do (from the top of my head) which sounds useless as hell, hope someone gives better advice.   2 reply

idk if you already do this but I rotate out my interests since this happens to me too. Sometimes I'll use movies, manga, tv shows, n YouTube series to get out of reality and if those don't work instead of consuming art I kinda create smth with it? I'll make Pinterest boards based on a theme or I'll spend hours curating a playlist. Sometimes I go in......   reply
