it mostly depends on the authors actually, but if we just look at it from abo perspective none would be able to impregnate the other because apparently omega sperm is almost sterile(male omegas) since their body is just for the sake of bearing an offspring, they can only get pregnant by alpha or beta(though it's hard) sperm only
