Food you imagined would taste good but turned out a total bummer?

Buldak, the carbonara flavour especially. Bought them because it went viral, and i thought it would taste good, but the smell it starts emitting when the sauce packet goes in the noodles is bad, awfully chemical like artificial smell. And with that carbonara packet, it just tastes so fucking sweet, and weirdly artificial at the same time. I hate it. I tried different flavours of buldak (cheese and quattro cheese) but ended up hating those too.

And Jin ramen. It's just very bland, idk. Maybe it's because I bought the mild variant.

Marshmallows too. I used to see them referenced online a few times, but people in my country don't usually eat it. One day my friend brought us some, and apparently her uncle had gotten it from abroad. I had to fight demons inside me to be polite to her and say that it was good, but I went and spit the whole thing out. Too sweet for me, never trying that again.
