I mean... it's her problem.
If you don't want to deal with that part of her, then just don't mention it. If she asks you to pick her up, don't pick her up. If she asks you to bring to her to those places then don't take her. If she brings men around, then leave. And if it's the only thing she ever mentions then she's not really your friend.
