I LOVE IT. It's my favorite trope ever. It's a good concept that's completely ruined by bad story tellers. It's interesting, has all sorts of cool shenanigans, but authors tend to use it as a glorified self-insert within a self-insert to make the audience swoon. They want their audience to relate to the character, so they add the meta-level of reincarnation. Look, if Your Name has more......   1 reply

I do like reincarnation stories when the MC takes a chance to understand the person they reincarnated in and try to make their lives better by doing things their own way like ‘The Duchess’ 50 Tea Recipes’ and ‘Miss Not-So Sidekick.’ But I would love to see stories where the author touches more on aspects of the MC when they reincarnated......   reply

most of the time I don't like it, and the authors don't handle the suicide subject really well for example "At the End of the Road" the author handled it really poorly in my opinion reading the manhwa really made me feel :/ tbh. I also don't like reincarnation in a book or video game I rather the author do fantasy medieval BL/GL than do it about a......   reply
