I don’t know. I think you can be honest with your doctor. They might recommend therapy but you don’t have to go. I think they’ll most likely send you to a sleep specialist to rule out sleep apnea. They can also prescribe stronger sleeping pills. Idk what you were taking before. My only tip is to exercise in the day time.   1 reply

I’m not gonna lie, I don’t think anesthesia would help with your sleep debt. Going under is kinda hard on the body, which is why doctors don’t do it unless it’s necessary. Your body has to go through the proper rem cycles, which anesthesia doesn’t really do. My counselor actually specializes in insomnia, so I can tell you some of the tip......   1 reply
