Things you regret in the job

I quit in this well known company about year and half ago and I'm jobless ever since. I regret it everyday since then. I quit for only working there for 3 months because my head cant keep up with the stress and I just got back from 7 month rest due to mental health issue. And now its been year and half and I cant get out there to find job. It's breaking my heart that my older sister is supporting me now and know that she is suffering too but I cant get myself to move. I only know one work since after I graduated senior high.
