I just powered through it all, eventually i got some extroverted/confident friends and that seemed to give the final push. im over it somewhat and atleast i dont feel like throwing up in social situations or being in front of crowds anymore WAHOO!   reply

yeah i get sweaty hands and panicky when people looks at me, i hate attention... I usually do this breathing technique: breath in once, out twice, plus staring at people's head or something on my hand ( e.g. phone) while talking, it calms me down :')   reply

I actually used to have really bad social anxiety, especially at school. I would never talk in school( bcs of that I had bad grades) and I had really few friends (they approached me first). When my teachers picked me to talk I would tremble and my heart would beat really fast. Now I have almost overcome my social anxiety. It was not easy to do but ......   1 reply

I know very little about successfully overcoming social issues, but you could try that thing from Ten Count where you make an easy to hard list of actions you're anxious about and go through the list gradually. Also focusing on how my concerns or questions are very normal/reasonable and how I wouldn't judge someone else for how I interacted with so......   1 reply
