Does anyone else feel like a lot of the bls (especially manhwas) held up as having a "good plot" really just default to generic tropes from their genres? Like a certain zombie story having zones and a brilliant scientist uncovering a conspiracy, a certain psychological having a main character whose main motivation is an evil step mother, that sort of thing?
This is me with guideverse bl's, we're like in a new era where plenty of guideverse bl manhwa's are coming out and most of them are so identical, they're not even hiding the obvious homework copy. 2 reply
