If you have the choice, I advise you not to do it under general anesthesia. I did that to have only 2 of them removed and well the aftermath was painful. My sibling did it too but had 4 of them removed and didn't suffer as much so it really depends on the person I guess
In any case, you're gonna look like a hamster for a few days and you're not go......
