Minor's shouldn't be pursuing pedø's but again most of the time they're never mature enough to know that, they should be held responsible while still being a victim, the older pedø should've never had to associate and accept a relationship with a minor to begin with. Beacause it's normal for minors to admire/be attracted/have crushes on older people. It is not normal for adults to claim to do the same towards a minor.
