Apparently drinking cvm is actually beneficial for u. It has a few calories and it contains natural antidepressants.
Maybe what I needed all along wasn't therapy....

I feel like it’d be better to ask google. Your body doesn’t digest it as well as food so it sometimes just sits there. I don’t think it’s harmful but too much might lead to someone needing to get their stomach pumped. I’m not sure about how much though.
