What is something that you learned which forever changed you?

It can be from anything like a movie or someone, it's just a lesson that you've learned. I learned that

"There will always be hope if you try hard enough to seek it." meaning don't lose faith in yourself, you can do things even if u make a bunch of mistakes along the way. That's how you learn tell yourself that you can do better in the next.
