Anger issue
I'm feeling quite angry today. Even the smallest thing can flipped my mood instantly. And when I'm angry, I want to hurt myself. I already slapped myself twice as hard as I can and also punching my arms. Please please help me on how to deal with this problem.

As somene who also has this issue, find a distraction. For instance I draw, read, or hell just walk around in circles (honestly might be better to just take a walk) , maybe it works bc I have adhd, but it works. I'm sure someone has better advice than this lame ass answer though.
