Both, actually. Positive impact is learning a lot of things that I actually don't learn IRL. Stuff about how workplace scenarios take place, about dealing with issues about yourself, your family, your dreams, etc. Relating to the characters gives me comfort because it's not just happening to me, or I'm not the only person going through something.
