I struggle with adhd and autism, they told me it's hard to say I have bpd but physically I have an disease that targets my heart, I'm not allowed stress nor any food that gives heart attack. I'm allergic to shrimp! My throat clench up and becomes itchy whenever I eat shrimp. It's not bad at the moment, it usually goes back to normal after a few minutes but I heard it'll become way worst in the future. But since I'm not considered deathly allergic yet, I'm still eating them   1 reply
