As someone suffering with depression: get professional help. Multiple reasons for this:
1) to understand the underlying issues behind what you experience: understanding the real reason will help you dealing with it, mitigate or even resolve it.
2) have someone to talk to, that doesn't know you and will not judge you, only help you getting better.
3) additionally, you might need medication to overcome a rough patch. There are a lot of different drugs acting differently, and only a professional will be able to presribe what would be best for you, and follow up with you during (the long) treatment. By the way, it's not a solution, only a pair of crutches for your brain, while you do the work to heal.

It takes time. At first, it's even more painful than not. You also might need to see different doctors before finding the one you click with. But it will improve slowly and the fog will clear!

Other than that, as a random on the internet, I can only wish you good luck and wish you to get better (=・ω・=)
