use poromedoro technique. make the reward REALLY rewarding. for example a walk or chocolate. I'd say use 45min by 10min and see how it goes.   reply

Thinking about The consequences of failure had me get going. So maybe take time and reflect on your actions and think about how bad it will effect everything if u dont pass this exam. I hope that helps.   1 reply

probably think about your parents, what get me going is all the praises I get, idk tho I think that's unhealthy honestly, someone advices me, "you don't need motivation to study, what you need is discipline and consistency, don't be like "I don't wanna study I don't have motivation" no, you need to discipline yourself to do what you don't want......   1 reply

Brosis whatever you're believe me.. motivation is from inside urself, from outside is pressure, it's not helpful at all go eat, drink water and sleep, when u woke up hide ur phone/ just give it to ur elder then open ur book   reply
